Friday, November 24

I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. We had a nice quiet day with my parents. Very relaxing and what I needed! I asked the kids what they were thankful for. Alison said her home, her family, her school and her food. Heather said Mickey Mouse. :)

I am still waiting on my MRI results. I got the blood work back and my sugars are not causing these symptoms. Not sure if I should be happy or not about that. Depends on what is causing it, I guess. The more I think about it, the more convinced I am it is not MS. I have my own ideas and plan on asking the Dr about them once the MRIs show no MS.(hopefully)

Some pictures from this morning of my gorgeous girls, who I am very thankful to have every day.

9 girls here in my home for a glamour party. Not something I hope to ever have again! And it is just our luck that a letter came home in Alison's backpack just 2 days before her glamour party, announcing a lice issue in her classroom. So we had to ditch the fancy hair styles today. Alison was disappointed, but no one wanted lice. Eeek.

I sent Bob out with Heather for the party. My mother and friend, Aimee stayed to brave it out with me. The kids all seemed to have a great time at the party. It was busy, loud and full of sugar. What wasn't to like(for kids anyways.) They had their nails painted, make up done, popped open a Bratz pinata full of candy and stickers, cake and ice cream, gifts, decorated purses and played games.

The gang. If they look tired it was because they did not stop moving the entire 2 1/2 hours.

Alison's cake she asked me to make for her. Very yummy if I do say so myself. ;)

Alison had a good time and was very happy. I think we had success having the party here. The kids had more fun than if we had it elsewhere and it cost me about half as much.

Alison turned 7 yesterday. I can not believe she is 7. How?? She woke up very excited and could not wait to have cake and presents. After dinner, we had my parents and brother and Bob's parents over for ice cream cake. I think Heather was more excited than Alison for cake and gifts. I had to keep reminding Heather not to blow out Alison's candles. And she still did..lol.

Pictures(I only have a few scanned online. These were pre-digital camera!)
