How a Diva uses 9-1-1

Heather's teacher came today and taught her about calling 911 in an emergency. They made a pretend phone to practice on. Heather dials it and says "Hello, I need help, my fancy shoe broke. Thank you." Her teacher explains what an emergency is and how that is the only time you call 911. Heather nods and tries again. She dials and says "Hi, my car is broken, can you help me out? Great, thanks!"
